LAZIR GROUP LLC is an independent industrial supply and engineering firm registered in Wyoming. We work with plants that run continuous, heavy-duty production — steel melting and rolling above all — where a stopped line costs more per hour than the part that stopped it.

Most of our work starts the same way: a maintenance manager sends a part number, a photo of a nameplate, or a failed component, and needs to know what it is, whether it is still made, what replaces it if it is not, and how fast it can be on site. We answer with a confirmed source and a confirmed lead time rather than a catalog listing.

We are set up for cross-border supply, which is where most of this work actually lives. We buy from manufacturers and authorized distributors in Germany, Italy, France, and the United States, and ship under documentary letters of credit and cash-against-documents terms — issuing the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin ourselves so the bank and customs see one consistent set of papers.

From there the scope often widens: specifying the replacement properly, designing the circuit or panel it goes into, or supervising the installation. We are built to carry a job across all four stages rather than hand it off, which is why sourcing, consulting, engineering, and installation sit under one roof.
