Custom sourcing

Finding the part when the OEM lead time is fourteen weeks and the mill is already down.

We source components and spare parts against a manufacturer part number, a nameplate photo, or a failed sample — hydraulic valves and pumps, electrical isolators and switchgear, mechanical wear parts. That includes obsolete and superseded items, cross-references to current equivalents, and stock held in Europe or North America. Every quotation carries the part number, country of origin, HS code, and a lead time confirmed with the manufacturer — line by line, not as a blanket estimate.

Consulting

Vendor-neutral advice on what to specify before the letter of credit is opened.

We review the installed equipment, the failure history, and the operating environment, then specify what actually fits — pressure and flow ratings, enclosure and voltage class, duty cycle, and spares strategy. Because we are not tied to a single manufacturer’s line card, the recommendation follows the application rather than a distribution agreement.

Engineering services

Turning a specification into drawings, schedules, and a bill of materials that can be built.

Hydraulic circuit and control panel design, valve and instrument schedules, power and control wiring, and the documentation package that goes with them. We work to the plant’s existing standards where they exist and establish them where they do not, so the next engineer to open the cabinet can follow it.

Installation & commissioning

On site until the equipment runs and the operators know how to run it.

Installation supervision, terminations and connections, loop and pressure checks, functional testing, and startup support — then handover training for the maintenance crew. On international projects we agree the scope split with the local contractor before the equipment lands, not after.
